Available in 330 ml Vichy bottles for the classic Saison feel, this beer is brewed with Rye, Pilsner malt, Rye and Oats; it has a classic Saison spiciness hopped with Saaz with an underlying fruity complexity contributed by the Brettanomyces yeast strains. Yeast: custom blend of Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces strains from Bootleg Biology, a Nashville based yeast lab.
